Wado-Ryu is based on many principles.

Nagasu, Inasu, Noru
This are the 3 principles which are used in Uke or receiving of an attack.
Nagasu
Nagasu can mean 'let it flow'.
Inasu
Inasu means 'redirect'.
Noru
Noru means 'to ride'.
Mudana
Mudana means.....
Mudana no Dosa
Mudana no Waza
Mudana no Chikara
Mudana no Chikara means wasted or unnecessary muscle power.
General Principles
Fast relaxed arm movements - in one step forward or in one second you can do 2 or 3 attacks

Don't lose time - attack as long you are close enough to reach the face of the opponent

control your opponent by taking superior positions and use kuzushi

Use feints to the face of the opponent with direct following attack or while closing the distance to attack or control him
