	One idea is also, that the founder itself starts at 9th Kyu on Apr 1 2034 (100 years after the founding of Wado Ryu, SOURCE?????) and gets automatically promoted after the minimum time. So the Founder of this new training method or organisation would get Shodan in ~~2048~~, and Godan in the year 2054, indepemndent from his real Wado-Ryu Grade (which will be around Shodan in the year 2034).
