== Syllabus ==
The first Kyu-Grades should be very easy. The 5th Dan should be at an extrem high level like [[Kendo]] 8th [[Dan]] or like 1st [[Kyu]] Instructor in [[Wado Kai]].
 
The System should be simple and logic.
 
There will be no one person [[Kata]], and only the necessary [[Yakusoku Kumite]].
 
So, the Yakusoku Kumite is as follows:
 
* Ura no Kumite 1-24
* Idori 1-17 (from the Otsuka-Family, 10 old, 7 new)
* 投げ•固め•逆技 Nage, Katame, Gyaku Waza 1-7
* Kumite no Ura 1-6
* Kyusho no e Kogeki 1-5
 
These are total 59 Yakusoku Kumite.
 
The 24 Ura no Kumite are from the 5th Kyu to 1st Kyu, one every 1.5 months of minimum training time.

* Each Person with a Dan can take gradings alone, up to 3 Grades below his/her own grade.
* Three Persons together can take Dan-Grades up to 2 Grades below the lowest Grade among the examiners (example: 3th Dan, 4th Dan and 4th Dan can take together gradings up to 1st Dan).
* The board of directors elects a technical comitee of 3 to 6 members for every 10 years.
* The technical comitee can take gradings up to 5th Dan.
 
 
 
 
Timing:
* Minimum 5 years between 2 dan gradings.
* Failed Grading can be repeated after 12 months.

The movements of this person and her understanding of the underlying principles has to be on a high level and very naturally.
The movements of the person has to be on the highest level like Hironori Otsuka or Jiro Otsuka: relaxed, fast and natural.

| 10 years after 6h Dan, the 7th Dan is automatically granted. 10 years later 8th Dan, 10 years later 9th Dan, 10 years later 10th Dan. This stops at the age of 80.
 
So a person who reaches 6th Dan at age of 60 will get 7th dan 10 years later, but never 8th Dan (because this person has reached over 80 years of age 10 years after 7th Dan). A Person who reaches 6th Dan at age 35 (startet with this style at age 5) will reach 10th Dan at age 75.
 
The assumption here is, that from a certain level, this person will develop there skills and understanding forever, as long this person is able to do so. And it need no longer any examination for this, because the level of Godan is so high, that the person understands Wado Ryu full.

One idea is also, that the founder itself starts at 9th Kyu on Apr 1 2034 (100 years after the founding of Wado Ryu, SOURCE?????) and gets automatically promoted after the minimum time. So the Founder of this new training method or organisation would get Shodan in 2038, and Godan in the year 2054, indepemndent from his real Wado-Ryu Grade (which will be around Shodan in the year 2034).
