General Principles

Fast relaxed arm movements - in one step forward or in one second you can do 2 or 3 attacks

.

Don't lose time - attack as long you are close enough to reach the face of the opponent

.

control your opponent by taking superior positions and use kuzushi

.

Use feints to the face of the opponent with direct following attack or while closing the distance to attack or control him

.

Meotode

Always use both hands. The second hand has to be at least by your chest for cover, or better controlling one of the arms or shoulders of the enemy. When one hand has attacks, in less than half of a second the other hand can attack and the first hand is using noru to control the arm or the balance of the opponent (kuzushi)

you can see this all by videos of Jiro Otsuka, when he is showing techniques that are not of the fixed kumite-forms, like when he shows something as an example.

We will create a list of videos of such things.
